Why is my Movie Player displaying a green box?
To resolve the "Green Box issue" please follow these steps!
- While on a video page, right click anywhere inside the Movie Player and choose Settings.
- Now click the first tab labeled Display (look for the monitor icon) and uncheck Enable Hardware Acceleration.
- Refresh the page and the error should stop!
