HDCP Unauthorized Access, Content Disabled Error

Are you seeing a purple screen with the error message HDCP Unauthorized Access, Content Disabled on our Roku channel?

Not to worry! A soft reset of your Roku should clear up this known issue.

- Locate the
Reset button on the back of your Roku box
- Using a thin object (i.e. paperclip) hold down the Reset button for one second
- After your Roku automatically reboots, open up our channel and attempt to play a film
