Need help viewing Fandor on your iPad or iPhone? You've come to the right place! For those setting up Fandor on their iOS device for the first time, you'll first need download and install the Fandor app from the App Store on your device.
 
  • If you are already subscribed to Fandor, log into our app using your email address and password. If you need help resetting your password, see our guide for resetting your password via your iOS device here.
  • If you subscribed via AppleTV (4th gen.) please follow these steps to Restore your subscription on our iOS app.
  • Not yet subscribed? You have a few options! You can create and subscribe your account through our website here or subscribe directly through iTunes. You can find the steps to subscribe via iTunes here.
Subscribed through iTunes and wish to take a break from Fandor? You can find the steps to unsubscribe through the App Store here.

No audio during playback? Need help navigating the app? Go here for assistance with other common iOS app issues. Fandor recommends having the latest version of iOS. At this time, we do not support versions 7 and under of iOS.
